Bruce Milne

Bruce Milne founded Eurolux Consulting in 2008, focusing exclusively on the financial services and legal market. He has been recruiting the best financial talent for over 20 years.

Due to his thoughtful approach to the talent acquisition process, the business has developed into one of the leading niche providers of recruitment services to the financial services and legal market, having fostered enduring partnerships with banks, asset managers, investment companies, corporate service providers and private equity houses.

Since its inception, Bruce has been keen to ensure that Eurolux Consulting distinguishes itself from the big brands by virtue of one thing; Quality. Bruce prides himself on knowing his clients and knowing his candidates. Only by understanding both aspects can he meet both sides' expectations. Bruce has always believed that in introducing quality over quantity of candidates. Eurolux does not mass market, or send a large number of CVs in the hope that one of them is right. We focus on sending a select few, well-matched candidates.

As the founding director, Bruce is responsible for managing large accounts, and is still active as a Recruitment Specialist for a variety of international clients. He also oversees his growing team of professional recruitment specialists and head-hunters.

Barbara Milne

Barbara joined Eurolux Consulting in 2017 as a co-director, following an exciting 20-year legal career during which she established herself as a leading lawyer in her field.

Barbara has quickly achieved a similar level of success at Eurolux. Now working with law firms, investment companies, holding companies, asset managers, management companies, fintech companies, and fund or corporate services firms, Barbara has direct insight into the needs of busy professional candidates and employers alike.

She has enjoyed adding to Eurolux's existing capabilities, working in partnership with talented legal and compliance professional and prestigious businesses to ensure the right "fit". Such an approach leads to durable relationships, and to a smooth talent acquisition process.

Prior to moving into recruitment, Barbara most recently worked as a litigation partner at one of the UK's leading risk and insurance law firms. As a specialist in complex and high value High Court employer liability and product liability litigation, Barbara's clients ranged from global insurers, the UK's largest consumer banks, global pharmaceutical companies, international airports, engineering companies, and high profile charities.

Previously, Barbara worked for a New York law firm as International Co- Counsel for an FTSE client, working in partnership with local Counsel at some of the world's leading law firms, on high profile international product liability matters. Barbara has always focused on getting the right result in the most straightforward and cost effective way for her clients. Barbara has also presented at numerous conferences; she has co-authored a proposal to the Law Society's Civil Justice Committee; and she has regularly authored articles for the English legal press.

Holly Sayers

Holly has over 15 years of professional recruitment experience handling executive level accounting and finance roles, partnering with a wide range of clients within Private Equity, SME and FTSE organisations.

Before joining Eurolux Consulting, Holly worked for a market-leading global Executive Search firm and prior to this, internationally recognised recruitment agencies.

Holly’s focus has predominantly been supporting clients with senior level appointments across the financial services, energy and telecommunication sectors.

Holly prides herself on her strong reputation, successful track-record of fulfilling client requirements, and her commitment to building strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Lisa Atkins

Lisa joined Eurolux Consulting in October 2012 as Office Manager, and is responsible for the effective running of the firm! Lisa's responsibilities include all areas of office management and she leads the advertising and marketing content. She interacts with both clients and candidates scheduling meetings, interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Prior to joining Eurolux, Lisa had over 15 years of experience within recruitment, having been responsible for Graduate Recruitment for a management consultancy firm, undertaking in-house recruitment and sourcing key staff through Executive Search. Lisa also worked for an international headhunting firm recruiting client management teams across Europe.
